PB&J Iced Latte
A unique and delicious iced latte that combines the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly with a double shot of espresso.
Ingredients
- •spoonfuls strawberry jam (homemade)
- •handful ice
- •spoonfuls peanut butter (smooth, natural)
- •cup whole milk
- •2 shots espresso
Method
- 1Smear the homemade strawberry jam along the inside of a glass.
- 2Add ice to the glass.
- 3Combine peanut butter and whole milk in a steaming pitcher and steam until hot.
- 4Pour the steamed peanut butter milk over the ice and jam in the glass.
- 5Top with a double shot of espresso.
- 6Stir well to fully incorporate all ingredients.
